Glad I could irritate you, Nicolau. Your response proves my point - about you, too. It's filtered through the lens of race and class - the stuff of petty intellectual monomaniacs. And that segue (or is it a non sequitur?) to a 2009 WP article on ObamaCare polling shows such coherent thought. Did it ever occur to you that you might have peaked already?

What a bunch of bull-crap. You are quoting the WSJ to show what most Americans think?? This is absurd. On the matter: Why picking on Obama? Does Bush Jr. know America (or does he really give a shit)? Does Michelle Bachman know America? (can't differentiate NH from MA...)

The majority of Americans (probably including not only those in the farms of Iowa, or in the Kansas cities, but also those of dark skin from India, Mexico and Asia living in all corners of this land -- don't forget what actually is your country buddy)... well the majority of Americans favored a public option. Who was opposed? a small minority. Who won? The small minority. Why? Because of half truths like this one (which amounts to a lie). This is enemy propaganda. You are doing your country a deservice.

"On the issue that has been perhaps the most pronounced flash point in the national debate, 57 percent of all Americans now favor a public insurance option, while 40 percent oppose it. Support has risen since mid-August, when a bare majority, 52 percent, said they favored it. (In a June Post-ABC poll, support was 62 percent.) "
