Dealing with Hamas

Hamas and Hezbollah are front organizations for Iran, Inc. Both are terroristic and utterly dedicated to Israel’s destruction and the elimination of every Jew who draws breath. While I feel some sympathy for the deluded residents of Gaza, they did, after all, elect Hamas and therefore must live with that choice.

Israel has every right to defend itself against the rocket attacks and suicide bombings originating in Gaza. Were someone firing rockets into my neighborhood, there’d be hell to pay too. Today for the first time, rockets fell on Ashkelon, which is only a few miles from downtown Tel Aviv. Reportedly, Beersheva is bracing for attacks as well.

The world, of course, largely condemns Israel. I say ‘of course’ because the world’s perverse infatuation with killers and tyrants rages on. For the left in particular, any deconstructive force, however violent and demented, is ‘authentic’. And Jew-hating is about as ‘authentic’ as it gets.

Speaking of demented, here’s a picture of some pro-Hamas demonstrators in New York yesterday, courtesy of LGF:

Sure gives me faith in mankind’s essential goodness. Rousseau would be proud, I’m sure.
